This week I revisited a wonderful book called ‘Team of Teams which offers an inspiring model for leading organizations. The book is written by General Stanley McChrystal and is, in its essence, a roadmap for large organizations; showing them how to benefit from the agility and savviness of creating and empowering small teams.
