As modern citizens of the world, we need to understand that we control our environment – not the other way around! We may not be able to control what the President does or who throws an empty can on the ground a thousand miles away, but we can control how we show up every day, what we say, what we do, where we do it, how we go about it, and what influences us.
This week I read an invigorating book by Mike Handcock. It’s called Conscious Leadership and it aims to equip the reader to thrive in the new world by focusing on three things: Prosperity, Freedom & Purpose. It features a series of reflections and golden nuggets on Energy, Life, and the universe and offers a new way of viewing ourselves and our possibilities in the modern world.
