Today’s big idea comes from a pioneering book called “Exponential Organizations” by Salim Ismail.
The book has the subtitle: ”Why new organizations are ten times better, faster and cheaper than yours (and what to do about it)” and is both a roadmap and a survival guide for CEO’s, Entrepreneurs and Leaders of the future.
An Exponential organization is a corporation with growth that skyrockets over a short period of time. It is an agile organization that has the ability to leverage technology and flexible resources in order to dominate its market with fewer means than old fashioned companies.
Exponential Organizations comes in many shapes and forms. In this video, we focus on five external characteristics that define an exponential organization, for which they use the acronym SCALE.
