In a nutshell, the book suggests that no matter your title or place on the organization chart, you can be a leader – or, more precisely, you have the potential to exercise leadership!
Put in other words – Every day, all-day employees worldwide find themselves in situations where they have a choice! – To shine or let opportunity pass them by.
