Leading Change by John P. Kotter – 8-step Change Model

This week I felt a sudden urge to re-visit Kotter’s 8-Step Change Process. We are indeed living in an ever-changing world and impressively after more than 20 years, Kotter’s Change-model is as relevant as ever.

This week’s video on the BigIdeasGrowingMinds Youtube channel walks you through John P. Kotter‘s 8-Step Change model as it is presented in his famous book “Leading Change”.

The 8-Step Process for Leading Change was cultivated from over four decades of Dr Kotter’s observations of countless leaders and organizations as they were trying to transform or execute their strategies. He identified and extracted the success factors and combined them into a methodology – the award-winning 8-Step Process for Leading Change.

I hope you will enjoy the video. That it will inspire you, help you Grow your Mind and Motivate You to be The Best You!
