The AID Model By Max Landsberg

One of the reasons I started BigIdeasGrowingMinds was to bring Big Ideas and Inspiring Learning to people all over the world; to promote lifelong learning for everyone and to ensure inclusive and quality learning opportunities.

One great way to ensure lifelong learning is by given and receiving constructive feedback.

There are many great models out there that can help you plan & structure your feedback! My personal favourite is simple and easy-to-remember. It’s called the AID model.

That’s why this week’s topic on the BigIdeasGrowingMinds channel is all about the AID model presented in the book “The Tao of Coaching” by Max Landsberg.

I hope you will enjoy the video. That it will inspire you, help you Grow your Mind and Motivate You to be The Best You!

You can check out the video here.
