The Five Domains of EQ
According to Goleman, EQ can be understood through five core domains:

- Emotional Self-Regulation – staying composed and managing emotions in real time.
- Self-Motivation – being driven by passion, values, and goals.
- Empathy – tuning into the emotions of others.
- Social Skills – building strong relationships, communicating effectively, and resolving conflict constructively.
