The book has the subtitle: ”Why new organizations are ten times better, faster and cheaper than yours (and what to do about it)” and is both a roadmap and a survival guide for CEO’s, Entrepreneurs and Leaders of the future.
The video focus on a concept introduced early in the book called “Massive Transformative Purpose” and explore why it is crucial for your company to have one!!
Exponential Organizations has been a huge source of inspiration for me so this is only the first of a series of videos inspired by the concepts and thoughts introduced in the book.
