Today’s big idea comes from Jeff Morrill and his short but impactful book ‘Profit Wise’.
I love reading book about entrepreneurship. Learning how businesses are build and grown, listening to stories of ups and downs and getting inspired by the passion and heartfelt desire that lies behind every successful start-up.
This week I read a short but impactful book called Profit Wise. It is written by @JeffMorrill and holds all of the above and more.
Jeff Morrill started his first business, a car dealership, in 1998 at the age of 26 and through hard work and determination, he grew the company into one of the most successful privately-owned automotive dealerships in the United States. So, he knows from experience what it takes to run a successful business! In the book, he shares with us his secrets to building highly profitable businesses by focusing on doing the right thing every time.
‘Profit Wise’ has 10 Chapters, each conveying sound advice on how to run and grow a more profitable business by doing the right thing. In this video, we will provide you with our bouillon cube version of each chapter. Just for the sake of good order they are as follows:
- Take the High Road
- Defining Reality
- Recruitment
- Leadership
